Slider and Carousel

User interface options:

• User can choose between "slider" (one slide viewable at a time) vs. "carousel" (multiple slides viewable at a single time). I've also been calling this standard mode (slider) vs. center mode (carousel). We can also split these out into separate components if that makes more sense.
• Color of caption area
• Autoplay yes or no
• Photo and link
• Paragraph text
• Speed of autoplay (if autoplay selected). Ideally a dropdown with choices ranging from 4-8 seconds, but could also be a text area that accepts any digit. Probably better to force a limit.
• We should probably limit the max number of slides to 10, if possible.

Notes:

• Entire block is the link
• Carousel should only be permitted in a full-width column.
• Carousel requires at least 3 slides minimum.
• Slider in ⅓ or ¼ column configuration gets the mini-slide styles to optimize display
